For me, photography is more than a profession—it’s a way of life. I’ve spent my career captivated by the power of a single image to freeze a feeling, tell a story, and preserve the memories that might otherwise slip away!

I believe capturing your best memories should be stress-free. To keep things easy for you, I’ve removed the "fine print" common in the industry:
- No Mileage Charges: I’ll meet you anywhere in Michigan or Indiana at no extra cost.
- No "Per-Head" Fees: Bring the whole family (and the pets, too!) without worrying about extra charges for additional people.
A Heart for Our Community
I am passionate about regional storytelling and highlighting the heartbeat of our community. My work has taken me from the pages of the Journal Era to the vibrant Niles Apple Festival and the Andrews University Passion Play. Most recently, I was honored to collaborate with the Women’s League at the special invitation of a community member.
I am especially honored to be a featured photographer in several 2026 publications, including:

Booking Terms & Privacy Fees
- Retainer Fee: A non-refundable deposit required to secure your date and time. This is applied toward your final balance.
- Payment Plan: For milestone bundles, the remaining balance is split into equal payments due at the time of each session. Example (The Story of You): $250 retainer to book, then $150 due at each of the 4 sessions.
- Opt-out Fee (optional): If you prefer your images not be shared on my social media for promotion, this fee applies once per session.
- Note on Newborn Sessions: My style for newborns is "Lifestyle" and natural. I focus on the connection between you and your baby in a comfortable setting. Please note that I do not provide "wrapped" or "bundled" studio posing with props/blankets. Clients are welcome to bring their own favorite blankets or outfits for a personal touch.
Note: Sharing images publicly helps me grow my business. The privacy fee offsets this promotional value when privacy is requested.
